GLOBAL BENCHMARK
The Hong Kong Central submarket continues to be the world’s most expensive market, around 60% costlier than the next two markets (New York - Midtown and London - West End). Strong demand from Mainland Chinese firms, alongside ongoing supply shortages, is maintaining premium values.

CENTRAL GRADE A OFFICE VACANCY %
As of Q4 2024 (mid-November), Central’s Grade A office vacancy reached 14.0%, a significant increase from9.7% in Q1 2024, marking the highest level since June 2004. This equates to approximately 2.24 million sq ft, based on Central’s total Grade A office stock of around 16 million sq ft.
